Azure shows deleted resource groups

This shows that even a giant like Microsoft does not have the power to control EVERYTHING.

Another important note is that the soft delete was not mentioned anywhere in the UI in a clear manner, which I understand as a user. I thought that these resource groups were truly deleted.
