Let's list all the things that are wrong with this form:

1. Showing the error in the green box;
2. Having the main action, not as a button, not even as a link, but as a regular text (not even bold or bigger size);
3. No validation for password confirmation;
4. No sign to let you know that when you click the **VNC Password** link, the form is collapsible, and it's not modal;
